GTK+Widgexts is TO BE a set of widgets for GTK+ that extends its functionality. In this moment, it is in beta development.

GTK+Widgexts is free software and part of the GNU Project. However, the licensing terms for GTK+Widgexts, the GNU LGPL, allow it to be used by all developers, even those developing proprietary software, without any license fees or royalties.

GTK+Widgexts provides the following extended GTK+ widgets:

• GtkxEntryMask - Based upon GtkEntry, provides mask and value types.
• GtkxBubble - Based upon GtkTooltip, provides movement to the tooltips.
